The House Washing Process
NENAN Powerwashing safely cleans all types of siding. We use environmentally responsible Sears detergents to gently emulsify surface pollutants and kill mildew. Tough spots are scrubbed and then the loosened "dirt" is rinsed off.
Typically our process is to start with the exterior of the gutters and work our way down to the foundation. We remove all surface oxidation, acid rain, general "fall-out" pollutants and mildew. When we are through with the cleaning process, we can apply a coat of Sil-O-Wet Surface Sealant, which is specifically formulated to retard the growth of mildew and the build-up of pollutants and oxidation.
